This website (woutick.com), the trademarks “woutick!” and “w!” and their graphic representations are the property of Gestión y Servicios para Espectáculos y Eventos S.L., located at Calle Ourense, No. 4 interior - Local 1, 36211 in Vigo (Pontevedra), with C.I.F. B-27.837.111, incorporated on October 4, 2016 with protocol number 1187 and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Pontevedra, volume 4153, folio 75, page PO-60877, entry 1. From here on from now on and in conjunction with all its online and offline platforms, woutick!

The main function of woutick! is to present an environment that allows event organizers, promoters, artists and you, the users, to be in contact and offer you a simple and practical solution to process the purchase and sale of tickets for events and shows and all the management that is associated with it. This among other functions and services dedicated to the optimization of the events themselves or their management.

Introduction

By registering on our platform you are accepting that you have read and agree with our Privacy Policies and our Terms of Use, so we recommend that you read them carefully, even if you do not agree. a lot of laziness.     • Email address: we need a way to contact you. We believe that email is standard enough to not sacrifice your privacy even more, and to be able to send you files such as tickets you purchase. It also serves as your personal identifier on the web and as an alias to access your account (although you can assign yourself a username that identifies you to replace your email in this last feature).
  • Right to Object: You may directly object to the processing of your personal data or to the cessation of its use provided that it is not necessary, is used solely for advertising purposes or you need it. Please note that there are some data, such as those relating to monetary transactions, that will be stored for as long as we are required by law regardless of your request (not our fault, really).
  • Right to Portability: If you need it, we can send your personal data to you or a third party in a structured and clear (legible) format.
  • Right to be Forgotten: Whenever you withdraw consent to the processing of your data, it is no longer necessary for its purpose or it has been processed unlawfully, you can request the complete deletion of your personal data. This right is closely related to the right to cancellation and the right to object, so you can imagine that there is data that we are obliged to keep for a reasonable time, but we will make your rights effective as soon as this time has ended.
